"I have been using this office for multiple years and used to be able to give it 5 stars but now if i could give it negative stars I would. Funny how I’ve been at this agency multiple years and have never had a conversation or even met Irene. The biggest issue is that ever since Michelle has left the office. Customer service has gone down hill to the point where you don’t even get customer service…. You get an automated answer and told to leave a message and they will return your call and ha guess what you never receive a call back. I have not been able to get anyone for the past 3 months when I call, I used to get the best service from Mickie and Michelle but ever since Michelle left it’s like the place has fell to pieces."

"Dear Harlon, I take these kinds of remarks to heart and very personally. I do appreciate your feedback and while we all want positive reviews there are times that things do go awry. I stayed late last evening and pulled all the digital phone call logs for the office and compared them to the notes I made in your account. I wanted to see for myself what might have gone wrong. I did indeed return your call and left you a voicemail. I am truly sorry if you missed it. I do recognize that we all get busy and I am sorry if you felt you had been ignored. That’s never a great feeling. That being said, I am bit surprised that you would lash out with what feels like libelous accusations 3 months later. Why wouldn’t you have called again or simply stopped by as you often have before if you felt that something had been missed? This would seem to be reasonable after receiving such positive experiences for so many years. Miscommunications do happen. Were we not worthy of second chance? I have met you on several occasions and have often greeted you at the door. As you are aware, I have my business office situated in the front of my office. I have always chosen this location because it has been important to me to be visible to my customers. Being a young entrepreneur such as yourself with a newly formed small business in construction, I am sure you have big hopes and dreams to grow your own business. It seems disingenuous and perhaps a bit short sighted to attack my small business in the same community for one misperceived missed call. Since you self-admittedly state that you have not engaged with me or my team, I am baffled as to how you have had the actual opportunity to even experience that this office has gone supposedly downhill or to have any knowledge of who works here. What is the motivation for these defamatory remarks, Harlon? Even so, I have known your family for many years and I do welcome dialogue with you. Micki, Chris, Cass and I are always here to help you, but please call me personally at 757-874-5400. I am also available to make these arrangements by email or text and I am happy to arrange to speak with you after hours since I am sure you are super busy this summer taking care of your own customers. I am truly sorry you were upset. I look forward to listening to your frustrations soon and hopefully we can get a fresh start. Irene "

"I love star farm! I have never been with an insurance agency where the customer service is this phenomenal!! Michele is wonderful! "Called because my last insurance company (GEICO) raised my rate with no notice and was robbing me blind before that and they said “they couldn’t come down on their price at all due to inflation and a small fender bender I had had a year or so prior”. Talked to Michelle at State Farm and she was amazing super friendly and knowledgeable. My car insurance is now 3 times less then what I was paying a month. My homeowners insurance rate is also lower! I have better coverage and a lower deductible!! Five star treatment all around."

"I've been with State Farm for some time now. The customer service of this team far exceeds my expectations in quality customer service and satisfaction.
